I focus my practice on assisting clients with a variety of matters related to start-up formation and dissolution, and general business law matters such as contractual agreements, corporate governance issues and general disputes.  I also enjoy  working with other Stonecipher attorneys to assist clients with issues that arise in the constantly evolving energy industry. A large portion of my practice also revolves around assisting individuals burned by business debt.
